The invention relates to a safe lifting device for house building construction. The safe lifting device comprises a positioning plate, a side support plate, a top extension mechanism, a rotating connecting rod, a protection plate, a linkage rod and a locking plate, wherein a buffer groove is formed in the middle of the positioning plate, a buffer press plate is arranged in the buffer groove of thepositioning plate, the bottom of the buffer press plate is of a frame structure, the lower side surface of the buffer press plate is installed on the inner wall of the buffer groove of the positioning plate through a telescopic rod, and the outer end of the telescopic rod is sleeved with a buffer spring; and the top extension mechanism comprises a top extension sliding column, a top extension plate, a top extension spring, a positioning block, a locking body, a locking spring and a locking rotating rod. The safe lifting device can solve the problems that reinforcing steel bars cannot be placed in order during placement and can slide during lifting to cause non-uniform pressure on a lift and have certain potential risks when reinforcing steel bar materials are lifted by the lift.
本发明涉及一种用于房屋建筑施工的安全升降装置,包括定位板、侧支板、顶伸机构、转动连杆、防护板、联动杆和锁定板;所述的定位板的中部上设置有缓冲槽,定位板的缓冲槽内设置有缓冲压板,缓冲压板的底部为框型结构,缓冲压板的下侧面通过伸缩杆安装在定位板的缓冲槽内壁上,伸缩杆的外端上套装有缓冲弹簧;所述的顶伸机构包括顶伸滑柱、顶伸板、顶伸弹簧、定位块、锁定体、锁定弹簧和锁定转杆。本发明可以解决现有针对钢筋类材料采用升降机进行吊运时存在的:钢筋在放置时无法进行规则有序的摆放,且钢筋在吊运过程中会发生滑动的现象,从而导致钢筋会造成升降机受压不均,存在一定的安全隐患等问题。
