The device comprises a door body, wherein an alarm device and a fingerprint unlocking device are installed in the doorbody, a plug pin, a first rotary disc, an electric generator and a second rotary disc are arranged in the door body, the electric generator is installed in the door body, a flywheel is fixed to a rotary shaft of the electric generator, the upper portion and the lower portion of the flywheel are fixedly connected with racks correspondingly, in the process of unlocking, the flywheel is driven by the racks to rotate to drive the rotary shaft of the electric generator to rotate, electric energy generated by the electric generator provides electric energy for the fingerprint unlocking device and the alarm device of the security and protection device, and the alarm device is triggered to give an alarm in case of violent unlocking by means of the circuit arrangement that a first switch is simultaneously connected with a second switch and a third switch in series. The device is provided with an electric generation device, consumption of external electric energy is reduced, the purpose of energy conservation is achieved, and meanwhile, the alarm device can give an alarm in time, so that people can find the situation in time.
