The invention relates to the technical field of fireproof doors and windows, in particular to a fireproof window. The fireproof window comprises a window frame fixedly installed, a window sash of which one side is rotatably installed on the window frame, and fireproof glass fixedly arranged at the middle part of the window sash; the movable side of the window sash is provided with a turnable handle; one end, extending into the window sash, of the handle is connected with a lock plate vertically arranged; the lock plate is provided with projecting lock columns; the window frame is provided withfixing sheets correspondingly used for fixing and stopping the lock columns; the middle part of the lock plate is provided with a clamping element; and the clamping element increases the tightness ofthe window sash and the window frame when the window sash is in a closed state. The fireproof window has the effects of being convenient to open for ventilation, and meanwhile, being good in sealingfire-proof performance after the fireproof window is closed.
