Vertical cement clinker cooling tower
The invention discloses a vertical cement clinker cooling tower which comprises a charging part, a crushing mechanism, a cooling device and a discharging part which are sequentially communicated fromtop to bottom. The cooling device comprises a second shell, a stirring ventilation mechanism and a second motor, wherein a plurality of exhaust openings are formed in the top of the second shell, andthe stirring ventilation mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and blades. According to the vertical cement clinker cooling tower, air outlet holes are uniformly distributed in the inner space of the second shell, and the stirring ventilation mechanism can rotate and stir high-temperature cement clinker, so that the condition of uneven cooling cannot occur; the exhaust openings are arranged at thetop of the second shell, countercurrent heat exchange can be realized between the high-temperature cement clinker and gas, the heat exchange efficiency is high, the heat exchanged gas is discharged from the upper part of the cooling device to serve as secondary air and tertiary air, and the heat utilization rate is high; and the opening degrees of an air hole valve and a discharge valve are controlled through the feedback of a temperature detector, so that the actual cooling temperature of the cement clinker can approach to the ideal cooling temperature, and the cement quality and yield are improved.
本发明揭示了一种立式水泥熟料冷却塔,包括由上至下依次联通设置的装料部、破碎机构、冷却装置、卸料部;冷却装置包括第二壳体、搅拌通风机构、第二电机,第二壳体顶部设有若干排风口,搅拌通风机构包括转轴、叶片。本发明的出气孔在第二壳体内部空间中分布均匀,且搅拌通风机构可以旋转搅拌高温水泥熟料,因此不会出现冷却不均匀的情况;排风口设置在第二壳体顶部,高温水泥熟料与气体间可实现逆流换热,热交换效率高,热交换后的气体从冷却装置上方排出用作二、三次风,热量利用率高;通过温度检测器反馈控制气孔阀门和卸料阀门的开度,能够使水泥熟料的实际冷却温度趋近于理想冷却温度,有益于提高水泥质量和产量。
