A specific curing agent is introduced, a nano-fiber layer is converted from water solubility to non-water solubility by a thermal crosslinking process, secondary cleaning and recycling of the composite screen window are realized, in addition, the bonding strength between the nano-fiber layer and a base layer is also improved, and therefore the abrasion resistance of the composite screen window is improved. The screenwindow with different light transmittance and filtering performance can be prepared, and the method has an important application value in the field of indoor PM2.5 filtering.
本发明公开了一种用于PM2.5颗粒过滤的可清洗型纳米纤维纱窗的制备方法。本发明所采用的纺丝体系为水性体系,其中,水性聚氨酯和聚乙烯醇所采用的溶剂均为去离子水,无需添加其他化学试剂,具有很好的绿色环保特性。本发明通过引入特定的固化剂,并结合热交联工艺使得纳米纤维层由水溶性转变成非水溶性,实现了复合纱窗的二次清洗及循环使用,此外,本发明也提高了纳米纤维层与基底层的结合强度,从而提高了复合纱窗的耐磨性。本发明可制备具有不同透光率和过滤性能的纱窗,在室内PM2.5过滤领域有重要的应用价值。
