The invention discloses a preparation process of a fireproof door sheet. The preparation process comprises the following steps that (1), solid-wood refractory wood is selected to be subjected to steaminjection, the wood is dried to obtain a blank material, the blank material is machined according to a specified boundary dimension, and a wood plate is polished and deburred, and then is cleaned up;(2), the surface of the polished and cleaned wood plate is coated with an anti-corrosive coating, and after air drying, the wood plate is coated with a fireproof coating to be air-dried again for standby application; (3), two wood plates with the same size and coated with the fireproof coating are taken, then a fireproof material layer with the same size as the wood plates is taken, the fireproofmaterial layer is placed between the two wood plates, and the wood plates and the fireproof material layer are pressed and bonded together through an adhesive to obtain a door blank; (4), sealing plates are mounted on the four side surfaces of the door blank, and the fireproof material layer is sealed among the two door plates and the four sealing plates; and (5), a fireproof glass window and a fireproof lock are mounted on the sealed door blank as required, and a layer of fireproof coating is sprayed on the outer surfaces of the door plates to obtain the fireproof door sheet. The door sheetprepared through the preparation process has excellent fire resistance.
