Early-strength composite cementing material for ventilation flue and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an early-strength composite cementing material for a ventilation flue and a preparation method thereof. The early-strength composite cementing material for the ventilation flueis prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 31 parts of cement, 50 to 75 parts of fine aggregate, 0.05 to 0.15 part of a water reducing agent, 1.3 to 7 parts of a composite mineral admixture for concrete, 0.12 to 0.5 part of an organic early strength agent, 0.12 to 0.5 part of an inorganic early strength agent, 1 to 3 parts of an accelerator and 0.02 to 0.08 part of an antifoaming agent. The preparation method of the early-strength composite cementing material for the ventilation flue comprises a step of stirring the raw materials for 2-10 minutes until the raw materials are uniformly mixed to obtain a finished product. When in use, water is added into the finished cementing material, and stirring is conducted for 2-10 minutes to obtain slurry, wherein the water adding amount is 12.5-14.5% of the mass of the finished cementing material. The method is suitable for both production operation on a factory production line and nomadic production, and has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in production operation; and the finished cementing material has the advantages of fast development of early strength, short demoulding time, strong quality stability,low comprehensive cost, difficulty in deformation and good water resistance.
