According to the invention, the molecular structure of the water reducing agent contains amide groups, so competitiveadsorption of clay to the polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent can be effectively reduced, the adsorption amount of the polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent is increased, and the dispersioneffect of the polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent on cement particles is facilitated; and as the molecular structure of the water reducing agent has a short polyoxyethylene side chain, the intercalation adsorption effect of the clay on the polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent can be effectively reduced, and the water reducing efficiency of the polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent is improved. The preparation method of the mud-resistant polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent provided by the invention is wide in raw material source, low in cost, simple in production process operation, easy to control, safe and environment-friendly, and does not use an organic solvent.
