The invention discloses a method for continuously preparing a polycarboxylate water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: continuously introducing an aqueous solution of a macromonomer into a tubular reactor; introducing an aqueous solution of an oxidizing agent, an aqueous solution of a small monomer and an aqueous solution of a reducing agent into the tubular reactor in a three-section continuous manner at the same time; subjecting a reaction solution obtained after mixing the aqueous solution of the macromonomer, the aqueous solution of the oxidizing agent, the aqueous solution of the small monomer and the aqueous solution of the reducing agent to a copolymerization reaction in the tubular reactor; continuously introducing an alkaline solution for a neutralization reaction after the copolymerization reaction is finished, and adjusting a pH value; and continuously feeding the neutralized reaction solution into a finished product storage tank in the tubular reactor to obtain the polycarboxylate water reducing agent. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that production process is continuous; production efficiency is improved; technological process is simple; the water reducing rate of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent can reach 30% or above; and the polycarboxylate water reducing agent does not contain formaldehyde, aromatic hydrocarbon and other substances influencing the environment, so the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is an environment-friendly water reducing agent.
本发明公开了一种连续制备聚羧酸盐减水剂的方法,该制备方法包括将大单体的水溶液连续通入管道反应器,同时将氧化剂的水溶液、小单体的水溶液、还原剂的水溶液采用三段连续方式通入所述管道反应器中,且与所述大单体的水溶液混合得到的反应液在所述管道反应器中进行共聚反应,共聚反应结束后,连续通入碱性溶液进行中和反应,调整pH,中和后的反应液在所述管道反应器中继续行进到达成品贮槽中,得到聚羧酸盐减水剂。本发明的有益效果是,生产过程连续化,提高了生产效率,该工艺流程简单,聚羧酸盐减水剂的减水率可达30%以上,其本身不含甲醛、芳烃等对环境有影响的物质,因此也是一种环保型的减水剂。
