The invention discloses a large-height large-cantilever concrete structure fabricated construction support, which comprises at least two pairs of holes and at least two pairs of triangular brackets, wherein the at least two pairs of holes are formed in a pair of opposite side walls of the pier body of the concrete pier, a lower bracket is inserted into each hole, the lower brackets on the same side of the pier body are connected through a first connecting beam, the lower brackets on the same side of the pier body are connected with a first pair of straining beams, and the first pair of straining beams on the two sides of the pier body are connected through a first pair of straining beams; each pair of triangular brackets are located on the two sides of the pier body respectively, the triangular brackets on the same side of the pier body are arranged on the lower brackets on the same side of the pier body, the triangular brackets on the same side of the pier body are connected with a second pair of straining beams, and the second pair of straining beams on the two sides of the pier body are connected through a second pair of straining beams; and a truss is arranged on the triangularbracket. The invention further discloses a mounting method of the large-height large-cantilever concrete structure fabricated construction support. The construction support has the advantages of being capable of being assembled, convenient to position, simple in positioning, clear in stress, convenient to disassemble and assemble and the like.
