Whenan automobile passes through the rotating plate, the rotating plate is pressed down to rotate clockwise, the rotating plate drives the first driving rod and the second driving rod to move leftwards,rotation of a third driving rod is driven, the lifting rod moves upwards, the upper end of the lifting rod ejects the lifting lever, after the automobile runs, under the action of a first compressionspring, the rotating plate rises, and the lifting rod falls down under the action of the first driving rod, the second driving rod and the third driving rod, so that the lifting lever falls down, thelifting of the lifting lever is completed completely by virtue of a mechanical structure, and the cost is reduced.
