A starting control end of a hydraulic device is connected with an electric control device, one signal input end of the electric control device is communicated with the lock cylinder, the hydraulic device is powered by a driving power source, the driving power source is fixed to the side wall ofa cable shaftway, the electric control device is installed on a fixing block, and a smoke sensor is electrically connected with the electric control device.
