The invention discloses a downward drift filling mining method. The method comprises the steps of ore block division, mining arrangement, stope mining and stope filling, wherein ore blocks between adjacent layered drifts are arranged in a staggered mode, and high-strength quick-setting filling materials and low-strength quick-setting filling materials are alternately filled in a goaf of the adjacent ore blocks of each layered drift, so that the filling cost is reduced while the mining safety is guaranteed, the mining time is shortened, and the mining efficiency is improved. Through the mode, the upper filling body can be jointly supported by a lower high-strength filling body and a lower high-strength filling body, the upper filling body is prevented from collapsing, and mining safety is guaranteed; through the preparation of an accelerating agent, the use amount of cement in the filling material is effectively reduced, the filling cost is reduced, the strength of the filling body is improved, the time spent waiting for the filling material to reach the strength is shortened, and the mining efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the performance of the filling body can be regulated andcontrolled according to the use requirement, and the application range is wide.
本发明公开了一种下向进路充填采矿方法,包括矿块划分、采准布置、采场回采和采场填充,通过将相邻分层进路间的矿块交错设置,并将高强速凝充填材料和低强速凝充填材料交替充填于每条分层进路的相邻矿块采空区中,从而在保证采矿安全的同时降低充填成本,并缩短开采时间,提高开采效率。通过上述方式,本发明不仅能够使上层充填体受到下层高强充填体和低强充填体的共同支撑,防止上层充填体坍塌,保障采矿安全;还能够通过配制速凝剂,在有效减少充填材料中水泥的使用量、降低充填成本的同时,提高充填体的强度,并缩短等待充填材料达到强度所耗费的时间,提高开采效率。同时,充填体的性能可以根据使用需求进行调控,应用范围较广。
