The invention discloses a preparation method of wave-absorbing ferrite, which comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving barium nitrate, ferric nitrate, strontium nitrate and citric acid in water,heating the mixed solution, keeping the temperature, and performing stirring to obtain sol; dropwise adding ammonia water into the sol, adjusting the pH value to be neutral, drying the sol, cooling the sol to room temperature, grinding the sol, performing heating, keeping the temperature, performing grinding and calcining to obtain an intermediate; and S2, grinding and uniformly mixing the intermediate and nano silicon carbide to obtain the wave-absorbing ferrite. The ferrite prepared by the invention has good wave-absorbing performance.
本发明公开了一种吸波铁氧体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将硝酸钡、硝酸铁、硝酸锶、柠檬酸溶解于水中,升温,保温搅拌得到溶胶;向溶胶中滴加氨水,调节pH为中性,干燥,冷却至室温,研磨,再升温,保温,研磨,煅烧得到中间体;S2、取中间体与纳米碳化硅研磨混匀得到吸波铁氧体。本发明制得的铁氧体具有良好的吸波性能。
