Ytterbium-cerium co-doped gadolinium zirconate ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to ytterbium-cerium co-doped gadolinium zirconate ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of preparation and application of inorganic non-metallic materials. The ceramic is obtained by doping a Gd site with Yb and doping a Zr site with Ce at the same time and conducting batching according to the chemical formula (Gd0.9Yb0.1)2(Zr<1-X>Ce)2O7, and Xis larger than or equal to 0.1 and smaller than or equal to 0.3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed metal salt solution, carrying out titrating, stirring, aging,suction filtration and drying to obtain precursor powder, calcining the precursor powder at 1000-1300 DEG C for 1-5 hours to obtain original powder, carrying out compression molding on the original powder, and sintering the original powder at 1500-1700 DEG C to form blocks, thereby obtaining the ytterbium-cerium co-doped gadolinium zirconate ceramic. The preparation process is simple and suitablefor large-scale production. The ytterbium-cerium co-doped gadolinium zirconate ceramic is of a single-phase fluorite structure, has good thermal physical properties, and can be used as an alternativematerial of a thermal barrier coating of an aerospace engine.
本发明涉及一种镱铈共掺杂锆酸钆陶瓷及其制备方法,属于无机非金属材料制备及应用领域。本发明由Yb对Gd位、Ce对Zr位同时掺杂得到,按照化学式(GdYb)(ZrCe)O进行配料,其中0.1≤X≤0.3;先是配置混合金属盐溶液,再经过滴定、搅拌、陈化、抽滤、干燥得到前驱体粉末,再在1000~1300℃下煅烧1~5小时,得到原始粉体,原始粉体压制成型,于1500~1700℃下烧结成块,得到镱铈共掺杂锆酸钆陶瓷。本发明的制备工艺简单,适合大规模生产;该镱铈共掺杂锆酸钆陶瓷为单相萤石结构,热物理性能良好,可以作为航空航天发动机热障涂层的备选材料。
