The invention relates to a synthetic method of a polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent with high water reducing rate and super slump loss resistance. The method comprises the following steps: (1)weighing an initiator reducing component, a chain transfer agent and deionized water, and performing uniform mixing to prepare a solution A; (2) weighing an unsaturated acid monomer, a slump-retainingfunctional monomer and deionized water, and performing uniform mixing to prepare a solution B; (3) under a water bath condition, adding unsaturated polyether macromonomers and deionized water into the reaction container, and performing stirring and mixing; (4) adding an initiator oxidation component into the reaction container in the step (3), and dropwise adding the solution A and the solution Bat the same time to start polymerization reaction; and (5) after finishing dropwise adding, performing continuous stirring and preserving heat for a certain time, and performing cooling to room temperature to obtain a target water reducing agent.
