The invention relates to a steel rail online milling device capable of adjusting an angle of a milling head. The device comprises a cutter frame (1), wherein the cutter frame (1) is connected with a milling driving device (101), a milling head (102) is further arranged at a lower end of the cutter frame (1), a right side of the cutter frame (1) is fixed on a rotary driving shaft (203) through a flange plate (104), the rotary driving shaft (203) is mounted in a shaft box body (2), a turbine (202) is mounted on the rotary driving shaft (203), an angle adjustment servo driver (201) is arranged atthe top of the shaft box body (2), a worm (204) installed at an output end is rotationally driven through an angle adjustment servo driver (201), and the turbine (202) and the rotary driving shaft (203) are driven to rotate around a longitudinal rotary shaft parallel to the extending direction of a steel rail through rotation of the worm (204) so that adjustment of the real-time angle of the milling head (102) is achieved. The device is advantaged in that an angle of the milling head can be adjusted in real time, and the milling head can rotate to a side face or a top face to facilitate maintenance.
