The invention relates to the field of a road construction device and particularly relates to a road asphalt rapid laying device. The road asphalt rapid laying device comprises a machine body, whereina material storage cavity, a heating and mixing cavity and a driving cavity are sequentially formed in the machine body from top to bottom, a material conveying cylinder is mounted at the top of the heating and mixing cavity, a spiral blade is arranged in the material conveying cylinder, a stirring assembly is installed in the heating and mixing cavity, a driving motor used for driving the stirring assembly and the spiral blade to rotate is installed in the driving cavity, an electric heating net cylinder is further installed on an outer side of a lower portion of the heating and mixing cavity, an asphalt pipe communicated with the bottom of the heating and mixing cavity is arranged at a right end of the machine body, and a flattening assembly is installed on a lower side of the asphalt pipe. The road construction device can control discharging, is good in the stirring and heating effect, reasonable in flattening structure arrangement and good in flattening effect, and improves the road construction quality.
