The invention provides a snow removing device, a rail vehicle and a rail transit system. The snow removing device comprises a mounting base, a buffer device and a brush assembly, wherein an upper endof the mounting base is suitable for being connected with the rail vehicle, an upper end of the buffer device is connected with a lower end of the mounting base, an upper end of the brush assembly isconnected with a lower end of the buffer device, and a lower end of the brush assembly is suitable for being in contact fit with a track beam so as to sweep accumulated snow on the track beam. The snow removing device is advantaged in that the snow removing device can remove the accumulated snow on the rail beam, enables the rail vehicle to run normally, prevents the rail vehicle from derailing, avoids serious traffic accidents, is simple in structure and small in occupied space, can be adjusted in a self-adaptive manner and has a buffering effect.
