The invention discloses a floating transportation construction method of a large-diameter single pile. According to the main technological process of the method, after single pile prefabrication is finished on a wharf, the pile point and the pile top of the single pile are plugged through a plugging device; the single pile enters water, then a tug is adopted for towing the single pile to the corresponding construction position of an offshore wind plant in a floating transportation manner, and the single pile is moored to be tied by a floating crane; then a single floating crane is adopted forsingle pile lifting by means of floating force; and finally the single pile is sunk. According to the floating transportation construction method of the large-diameter single pile, the input of a self-elevation wind power ship or large transportation barge and lifting equipment is reduced, and construction cost is reduced; and the method is suitable for base wharfs with various transportation conditions, and the problem of single pile transportation of areas lack of proper transportation bases and shallow ends is solved; and the construction requirement of the large-diameter single pile can bemet, and the construction process is innovated.
本发明公开了一种大直径单桩浮运施工方法，其主要工艺流程是在码头完成单桩预制后，采用封堵器将单桩的桩尖、桩顶封堵起来；再进行单桩下水，然后采用拖轮将单桩浮运拖航至海上风电场相应施工位置，并进点靠泊起重船系绑；接着采用一台单起重船借助浮力作用进行单桩起吊；最后进行单桩沉桩。本发明提供的大直径单桩浮运施工方法，减少了自升式风电安装船或大型运输驳船及起重设备的投入，降低了施工成本；适用于各类出运条件的基地码头，解决了缺乏合适出运基地地区以及浅水区的单桩出运问题；可以满足大直径单桩施工要求，创新了施工工艺。
