The invention discloses a filling, leveling and compacting device which comprises guide frames and a leveling and compacting mechanism. The guide frames are arranged at the two ends of the leveling and compacting mechanism, and the leveling and compacting mechanism is connected with a conveying belt of a filling and leveling paver through a traction mechanism. The guide frames are provided with walking wheels cooperating with the tops of isolation belts and guide wheels cooperating with the sides of the isolation belts. The traction mechanism, the walking wheels and the guide wheels are additionally mounted on the basis of a vibration leveling mechanism, the traction mechanism is mounted on the conveying belt of the filling and leveling paver, and continuous construction is guaranteed; thewalking wheels guaranteed that the leveling and compacting mechanism walks along with the filling and leveling paver, and consistency of forming effects is high; a guide mechanism can meet the requirements of different widths by adjusting the mounting positions of the guide frames, and the guide mechanism guarantees linearity of the filling effect; and spring damping wheels are adopted by the walking mechanism and the guide mechanism, impacts can be effectively reduced, the construction effect can be guaranteed, and therefore mechanical and automatic continuous work can be achieved.
