The invention discloses a polluted rainwater purification device for ecological management in a sponge city. The purification device comprises a housing, an overflow structure, a filtering structure,a flow dividing structure and a stirring structure, wherein the housing is a cylindrical housing; a water inlet communicating with an external rainwater collection device is formed in the center of the top of the housing; a standing chamber is formed in the bottom of the housing; a water outlet communicating with the standing chamber is formed in a side wall of the middle of the housing; and the overflow structure is arranged below the water inlet in the housing and is used for precipitating impurity particles in rainwater. The polluted rainwater purification device disclosed by the inventioncan be used for efficiently purifying polluted rainwater bodies.
