The invention discloses a modified asphalt waterproof roll and a preparation method thereof. The modified asphalt waterproof roll comprises an upper surface isolation layer, a first modified asphalt layer, a tire base layer, a second modified asphalt layer and a lower surface isolation layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the raw materials of the upper surface isolation layerare polyethylene films, fine sand, mineral granules or isolation layer emulsion; and the raw material of the lower surface isolation layer is isolation layer emulsion. According to the invention, the"turtle shell" reticulated pattern of the common waterproof roll on the market after a PE film is baked is completely eliminated, so that the waterproof roll after construction can be fully contactedwith a base layer, the bonding strength between the modified asphalt and the base layer is improved, the waterproof performance is further improved, and the risk of water channeling is reduced; the waterproof roll provided by the invention does not have the phenomena of exposed modified asphalt coating, roller sticking and the like caused by "tire deviation" of a production line during production,the production shutdown accidents are reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法。该改性沥青防水卷材包括从上到下依次设置的上表面隔离层、第一改性沥青层、胎基层、第二改性沥青层、下表面隔离层；所述上表面隔离层的原料为聚乙烯膜、细沙、矿物粒料或隔离层乳液；所述下表面隔离层的原料为隔离层乳液。本发明彻底消除目前市场上普通防水卷材在烤掉PE膜后出现的“龟壳”状网纹，使施工后的防水卷材与基层能够充分接触，提高改性沥青与基层的粘接强度，进而提高防水性能、降低窜水风险；本发明的防水卷材在生产时不会出现生产线“偏胎”后导致的改性沥青涂盖料裸露、粘辊等现象，降低生产停机事故，提升效率。
