The invention provides a supporting and fixing piece and a floor system. The supporting and fixing piece is applied to the floor system with a functional layer body. The floor system is sequentially provided with a base layer, a functional layer, at least one supporting and fixing piece, at least two nailing pieces and a pressing and fixing layer from bottom to top. The functional layer at least comprises a waterproof material or a sound insulation material, and the supporting and fixing piece comprises a bearing part and at least one fixing foot. The bearing part is provided with at least onemain slurry guide hole. Each fixing foot is provided with an elevating section and a mounting section which are connected with each other and clamped to form an included angle. One end of the elevating section is connected with the bearing part to enable the bearing part to be in a heightened state. The mounting section allows the nailing piece to penetrate through to be fixed to the functional layer, the pressing and fixing layer wraps the supporting and fixing piece and is located on the functional layer, and therefore the fixing force between cement mortar or concrete and the functional layer is enhanced, and the phenomena of cracking, warping or sliding and the like are avoided.
