The invention provides an auxiliary robot for mounting a wallboard. The auxiliary robot comprises a guide alignment device, a supporting arm, a driving mechanism and a walking mechanism, wherein the supporting arm can be used for supporting the guide alignment device; the driving mechanism can be used for driving the guide alignment device to move up and down; the guide alignment device comprisesa guide alignment component; the guide alignment component comprises a U-shaped base and guide alignment rollers located in the U-shaped base; the two sides of the U-shaped base are both obliquely provided with guiding plates; the inner side of the U-shaped base is provided with elastic plates; the guide alignment rollers are rotationally mounted on the elastic plates; the U-shaped base is in threaded connection with studs; supporting members are arranged between the elastic plates and the inner ends of the studs; and when the studs are rotated with a hand, the inner ends of the studs can be used for regulating the curvature of the elastic plates by the supporting members to further change the positions of the guide alignment rollers. The auxiliary robot can adapt to the wallboards with different thicknesses; the height of the supporting arm can be regulated when being spliced; the supporting arm is spliced more conveniently and quickly; and the working efficiency is improved.
