The invention discloses a locking and unlocking mechanism, a lock and a vehicle. The locking and unlocking mechanism comprises a bolt, a bolt reset device, a bolt shifting device and a first sensor, wherein the first sensor is used for detecting the movement of a lock pin in the lock, and the bolt shifting device is used for driving the bolt to move based on the movement of the lock pin. Accordingto the locking and unlocking mechanism, the bolt is driven to move based on the movement of the lock pin so as to realize locking and unlocking, and the judgment accuracy can be ensured.

本申请公开了一种开关锁机构、锁具及车辆。其中，开关锁机构包括锁舌、锁舌复位装置及锁舌拨动装置，还包括第一传感器，所述第一传感器用于检测锁具中锁销的移动；所述锁舌拨动装置用于基于所述锁销的移动驱动所述锁舌运动。本申请基于锁销的移动驱动锁舌运动进而实现开关锁，可以保证判断的准确性。
