The broken bridge profile comprises a broken bridge body and a surface layer structure, the surface layer structure is connected with the periphery surface of the broken bridge body and connected with the broken bridge body, the broken bridge body is made of fiber materials and high polymer materials, and the carbon residue rate of the high polymer materials is equal to or higher than 40%. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the broken bridge profile. When the broken bridge body burns in a high temperature big fire, a part of the profile is carbonized, the fiber materials have a high melting point and are incombustible materials, the fiber materials can effectively cut off the spreading of flames and can also play a role in supporting a framework, thus the integrity of the overall structure of the broken bridge body is guaranteed, the broken bridge profile cannot collapse or deform in case of fire, and the surface layer structure is connected with the periphery surface of the broken bridge body and can improve the overall impact resistance capacity of the broken bridge profile.
