The invention provides a portable gas valve well climbing ladder. The portable gas valve well climbing ladder comprises a fixing part outside a well and a telescopic part inside the well; the telescopic part inside the well comprises two telescopic rods with multiple sections of tube bodies mounted slidingly in a sleeving manner in sequence; pedal tubes capable of being folded are connected between the tube bodies of the same height on the two telescopic rods; ratchet mechanisms are arranged inside the sections of the tube bodies at the top ends of the two telescopic rods, and are connected with coaxial rotating take-up rollers; steel wire stay cords are wound on the take-up rollers; free ends of the steel wire stay cords are correspondingly connected to the sections of the tube bodies atthe bottom ends of the two telescopic rods; sides of the take-up rollers are connected with flat spiral springs; gas leakage alarms are arranged at any sections of the tube bodies at the bottom ends;the fixing part outside the well comprises first rods separately hinged to the tops of the two telescopic rods and second rods hinged to the first rods; and the ends of the second rods are provided with non-slip layers. The climbing ladder is placed in a gas valve well is more quickly, and the portable gas valve well climbing ladder is smaller in size and convenient to carry.
