The invention discloses a tower crane climbing frame, and belongs to the technical field of climbing frames. The tower crane climbing frame comprises a vertical frame and a transverse ladder matched with the vertical frame. The transverse ladder is provided with a plurality of groups of clamping grooves. The transverse ladder is provided with a placing plate. The placing plate is provided with a baffle. The bottom of the baffle is provided with a sliding cavity. The baffle is provided with a pull rod in a penetrating mode. The pull rod is partially located in the sliding cavity. A connecting rod is hinged to the portion, located inside the sliding cavity, of the pull rod and penetrates through the sliding cavity. A clamping plate is hinged to the connecting rod in a penetrating mode and ishinged to the sliding cavity. A spring is arranged between the clamping plate and the sliding cavity. By means of the tower crane climbing frame, the placing plate can be limited to a certain extentso as to be prevented from moving.
