The invention relates to the technical field of explosion-proof engineering, and concretely relates to a design structure of an explosion-proof steel plate. The design structure of an explosion-proofsteel plate is used for manufacturing a shell of a tail box cabinet and comprises a first steel plate body, a first buffer layer, an explosion-proof layer, a second buffer layer and a second steel plate body which are connected in sequence; fastening connecting blocks are arranged on the faces, connected with the explosion-proof layer, of the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer, and fastening connecting grooves are formed in the corresponding positions of the explosion-proof layer; and a bent part is formed between every two adjacent fastening connecting blocks and extends towards the interior of the explosion-proof layer, and the two bent parts corresponding to the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer are connected in a crossed mode. The multilayer composite structureis used for replacing noble metal alloy to manufacture the explosion-proof steel plate, so that the preparation difficulty and the production cost of the explosion-proof steel plate are greatly reduced.
