The invention relates to a multifunctional water surface garbage cleaning and collecting ship. The ship comprises a storage unit, and a main control unit, a filtering and concentrating unit, a plurality of solar panels, a collecting unit, an advancing unit, a fishing unit, a transporting and transferring unit and a searching unit arranged on the storage unit respectively. The storage unit is usedfor storing garbage and compressing the garbage, the filtering and concentrating unit and the collecting unit are used for collecting small-size garbage dispersed in water, the fishing unit is used for fishing large-size garbage and extending the garbage collecting surface, and the transporting and transferring unit is used for transporting the collected garbage into the storage unit. In addition,the solar panel is arranged to continuously charge the storage battery pack and supply power to each action part; the searching unit is arranged for garbage positioning and collecting; the whole structure is compact and reasonable, multifunctional, clean and environment-friendly.
