The composite cement grinding aid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 10 parts of diisopropanolamine, 10 to 15 parts of triisopropanolamine, 10 to 20 parts of lignosulfonate, 3 to 5 parts of a surfactant, 5 to 10 parts of sulfamate, 20 to 30 parts of polyol, 5 to 10 parts of calcium bicarbonate and 10 to 20 parts of deionized water. The composite cement grinding aid provided by the invention is stable in quality, has excellent grinding aid effect and good water reducing effect or hydration effect, effectively improves the yield and the quality of cement, does not contain chlorine ions, and solves the technical problem of harm of the chlorine ions in the traditional cementgrinding aid to building materials.
