The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing silicon dioxide microsphere powder and a bismuth vanadate precursor solution; pre-grinding and finely grinding ordinary Portland cement, water, super absorbent resin, sodium silicate, quick lime, bentonite, gypsum, a thickening agent and other raw materials in sequence to obtain the wear-resistant reinforced colored cement. The quicklime and the waterin the cement contact and react; through grinding assistance of the bentonite and fine grinding of a vibration mill, the distance between inorganic particles is reduced, the sodium silicate reacts with calcium ions in cement paste to generate a calcium silicate hydrate C-S-H colloidal core, the saltpetering problem is avoided, the super absorbent resin can serve as a buffer filling substance amongthe inorganic particles, and the compactness and strength of cement are improved; the silicon dioxide serves as an inner core carrier to prepare a core-shell structure, titanium dioxide is compoundedon the surface to improve the strength of the cement, the titanium dioxide and bismuth yellow do not generate an alkali-aggregate reaction, the wear resistance of the pigment is improved, and the wear-resistant reinforced colored cement has a wide application prospect.
本发明属于建材制备技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨增强彩色水泥的制备方法。本发明先制备二氧化硅微球粉体和钒酸铋前驱体溶液,将普通硅酸盐水泥、水、高吸水树脂、硅酸钠、生石灰、膨润土、石膏、增稠剂等原料先预磨再细磨得到耐磨增强彩色水泥,本发明的水泥中生石灰和水接触发生反应,通过膨润土的助磨和振动磨机的细磨,降低无机颗粒间的间距,硅酸钠与水泥浆中钙离子反应生成水化硅酸钙C‑S‑H胶核,避免出现泛碱问题,高吸水树脂能够作为无机颗粒间的缓冲填充物质,提高水泥的密实度和强度;二氧化硅作为内核载体制备核壳结构,表面复合二氧化钛提高水泥强度,二氧化钛和铋黄都不发生碱集料反应,提高颜料的耐磨性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
