Waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt; 2) preparing polyester fibers with the average length of 6mm and the diameter of 0.02 +/-0.005 mm for later use; 3) adding stone, cement and the polyester fibersinto a mixing pot, and performing dry mixing for 15-20 seconds; 4) adding externally-doped water, and performing mixing for 30-40s; 5) adding the prepared waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt, and mixing for 45s-50s; and 6) adding mineral powder and mixing for 45s-50s. The invention relates to a preparation technology for improving the low-temperature performance of the water-borneepoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture, and the high-temperature performance, the low-temperature performance and the water stability of the cold-mixed and cold-laid material prepared by adopting the preparation method all meet the technical requirements of a common hot-mixed asphalt mixture.
本发明涉及一种水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青混合料及其制备方法。包括如下步骤:1)制备水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青。2)准备平均长度为6mm,直径为0.02±0.005mm的聚酯纤维待用。3)在拌合锅中加入石料,水泥,聚酯纤维,干拌15 s‑20s。4)加入外掺水拌合30s‑40s。5)加入制备好的水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青拌合45s‑50s。6)加入矿粉拌合45s‑50s。本发明为一种提升水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青混合料低温性能的制备技术,采用该制备方法制得的冷拌冷铺材料高温、低温以及水稳定性能均达到普通热拌沥青混合料的技术要求。
