The invention discloses a modification treatment method of ferronickel slag aggregate. which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) mixing ferronickel slag aggregate, cement, assistants and water, and carrying out casting molding; (2) carrying out autoclaving for 6-24 hours under an autoclaving condition; and (3) crushing and screening the test block obtained in the step (2), screening out aggregate greater than 5mm to be used as concrete aggregate, and levigating components less than 5mm to be used as a concrete admixture. Through modification treatment, air holes and activeingredients on the surface of the ferronickel slag aggregate are destroyed, the problems that the ferronickel slag aggregate is high in crushing value and has potential alkali aggregate reaction are solved, the ferronickel slag aggregate treated through adoption of the method is used as an admixture after being levigated, hydration of cement can be accelerated, and the strength of cement concreteis improved.
本发明公开了一种镍铁渣骨料的改性处理方法,其特征在于,处理步骤如下:(1)将镍铁渣骨料、水泥、助剂以及水混合后浇注成型;(2)压蒸条件下压蒸6h~24h;(3)将步骤2)所得试块进行破碎、筛分,筛分出大于5mm的骨料用作混凝土骨料,小于5mm的成分磨细用作混凝土掺合料。通过本发明的改性处理,破坏镍铁渣骨料表面的气孔以及活性成分,解决了镍铁渣骨料压碎值高、具有潜在碱骨料反应的问题,同时,经过本发明处理的镍铁渣骨料磨细后用作掺合料,可加速水泥的水化,提高水泥混凝土的强度。
