The invention discloses an inorganic interior wall primer and a preparation method thereof. The inorganic interior wall primer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40-50% of silica sol, 15-25% of alkali-free glass flakes, 5-15% of a filler, 6-9% of synthetic resin emulsion, 0.5-2% of a silane coupling agent, 1-5% of an assistant and the balance of water. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the inorganic interior wall primer is good in permeability; the alkalinity of the surface of a substrate is reduced through reaction and combination of the inorganic interior wall primer with the substrate; meanwhile, the compactness of the substrate is improved, and the inorganic interior wall primer is high in adhesive force and excellent in durability, has good sealing performance on water and a solution thereof, has good efflorescence resistance after being dried, is excellent in low-temperature environment, is mainly made of inorganic materials, does not depend on a coalescing agent, has few organic volatile components, and is odorless and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种无机内墙底漆及其制备方法,该无机内墙底漆由下列原料按质量百分比组成:硅溶胶40‑50%、无碱玻璃鳞片15‑25%、填料5‑15%、合成树脂乳液6‑9%、硅烷偶联剂0.5‑2%、助剂1‑5%、余量为水。本发明的有益效果是,该无机内墙底漆的渗透性好,与底材的反应结合降低了底材表面的碱度,同时增加了底材的致密性,涂层的附着力强,耐久性佳,同时对水及其溶液亦有不错的封闭性,干燥后即有良好的抗泛碱性,并且在低温环境下表现出色,以无机材料为主,不依赖成膜助剂,有机挥发组分少,因而净味环保。
