The invention discloses a high-temperature ceramic wear-resistant self-flowing castable for a hot blast stove. The castable comprises brown fused alumina, silicon carbide, pure calcium aluminate cement, silica micro-powder, explosion-proof fibers, andalusite, calcium hexametaphosphate, PVA short fibers and fused spinel. The specially-made explosion-proof fibers and high-strength and high-elasticity PVA short fibers are added into the self-flow castable, the specially-made explosion-proof fibers are fullerene modified polypropylene fibers, and fullerene has special nanoscale spherical structure, so the fibers can endow the castable with good rapid cooling and rapid heating resistance; the high-strength and high-elasticity PVA short fibers are added, so that the castable can be remarkably endowed with good low creep property and high-temperature wear resistance; and the modified raw materials are fibrous raw materials, so that the original good self-flowing performance of the castable isnot influenced. The high-temperature ceramic wear-resistant self-flowing castable for the hot-blast stove can meet various requirements of local maintenance of refractory materials of a combustion port, a combustion branch pipe and a hot-blast short pipe of the hot-blast stove.
