An embodiment of the invention discloses a magnetic conductive coating composition and a magnetic conductive ceramic product, belonging to the technical field of ceramic products. The magnetic conductive coating composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60 to 80% of metal powder, 10 to 30% of a ceramic glaze and 8 to 15% of a diluent. The viscosity of the magnetic conductive coating composition is 8000 to 10000 mPas. The magnetic conductive coating composition disclosed by the invention coats the bottom of a ceramic product; and detection results show that the adhesive force grade of a formed magnetic conductive coating reaches grade 0, and the magnetic conductive coating has a good electromagnetic heating effect. The magnetic conductive ceramic product can beused in cooperation with an induction cooker, a gas stove, an electric ceramic stove or a light wave stove; process is simple; cost is low; and the magnetic conductive ceramic product has wide application prospects.
本发明实施例公开了一种导磁涂层组合物及导磁陶瓷制品,属于陶瓷制品技术领域。按重量百分含量计,所述导磁涂层组合物包括金属粉60~80%、陶瓷釉料10~30%、稀释剂8~15%,且所述导磁涂层组合物的粘稠度为8000~10000mPas。本发明的导磁涂层组合物涂覆在陶瓷制品底部,经检测,导磁涂层的附着力等级达到0级,并且具有良好的电磁加热效果。本发明的导磁陶瓷制品可配合电磁炉、燃气炉、电陶炉或光波炉使用,且工艺简单,成本较低,具有广阔的应用前景。
