The invention discloses a composite phase change wall precast slab which comprises a precast slab with a cavity inside, a composite phase change material is sealed in the cavity, and the composite phase change material comprises polyolefin, a resin material, phthalate and a high-molecular polymer. The composite phase change wall precast slab provided by the invention is internally provided with the cavity for storing the composite phase change material, so that the heat capacity of the precast slab is greatly improved, the indoor temperature balance of a building is realized, and the indoor temperature fluctuation is reduced. In addition, the composite phase change material does not completely fill the cavity, so that even if solid-liquid phase change occurs, a recombined space is providedfor expansion of the composite phase change material, and cracking of an exterior wall tile is avoided.
本发明公开了一种复合相变墙体预制板,包括内部具有空腔的预制板,所述空腔内封存有复合相变材料,所述复合相变材料包括聚烯烃、树脂材料、酞酸酯和高分子聚合物。本发明提供的复合相变墙体预制板内部具有封存了复合相变材料的空腔,大大提升了该预制板的热容,实现建筑物室内温度均衡,降低室内温度波动的效果。并且由于所述复合相变材料在并未完全填满所述空腔,因此即使其发生固‑液相变后也有重组的空间供其膨胀,避免外墙砖发生破裂。
