Epoxy floor base coat composition for sand lifting floor and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an epoxy floor base coat composition for a sand lifting floor and a construction method thereof. The coat composition comprises a component A containing epoxy resin, a diluentand a flexibilizer and a component B containing a curing agent and a coupling agent, and is characterized by further comprising a component C and a component D, wherein the component C comprises thefollowing components in parts by weight: 10 parts of thermosetting resin powder with the curing temperature of 60-90 DEG C; 32 parts of first-grade silica fume, 3 parts of sodium hydroxide solid powder, 37 parts of water, 2 parts of a powder water reducing agent, and 1 part of an antifoaming agent; and the component D comprises 15 parts of calcium oxide powder; 30 parts of steel fibers, of which the diameter is 0.1-0.3 mm, and the length is 15-25 mm; 6 parts of polypropylene fiber, the length of which is 60-90 cm; and 36 parts of water-dispersible UV cured resin. The composition and the process can effectively improve the binding power between the priming coat and the sand-lifting ground, and improve the paving quality.
