The universal urban railway fastener is characterized in that an insulation coupling base plate is directly laid on a base, and a lower-layer iron base plate, elastic cushion layers, an upper-layer iron base plate, a nylon insulation cover, a flat cushion block and a heavy spring washer are sequentially laid on the insulation coupling base plate; the lower iron base plate is provided with a protruding stand column; the nylon insulation cover compresses the elastic cushion layers through the upper-layer iron base plate until the lower surface of the nylon insulation cover is flush with the topsurface of the stand column; the rigidity of the elastic cushion layers is adjustable, and the elastic cushion layers with three different rigidities are adopted in a non-small-radius curve section ina common road section, a non-small-radius curve section in a vibration reduction road section and a small-radius curve section in the common road section and the vibration reduction road section respectively. By adopting a unified structure, the performance requirements of common fasteners and vibration reduction fasteners of urban railways are met, and the advantages of being simple and convenient to manage are achieved in the mounting and laying process.
本发明公开了一种通用型市域铁路扣件,其特征在于:绝缘耦合垫板直接铺设于基座上,在绝缘耦合垫板上依次铺设下层铁垫板、弹性垫层、上层铁垫板、尼龙绝缘盖、平垫块、重型弹簧垫圈;所述下层铁垫板上有凸出的立柱,尼龙绝缘盖通过上层铁垫板压缩弹性垫层至尼龙绝缘盖的下表面和立柱顶面平齐;所述弹性垫层的刚度可调,在一般路段中的非小半径曲线地段、减振路段中的非小半径曲线地段、在一般路段和减振路段中的小半径曲线地段,分别采用三种不同刚度的弹性垫层。本发明采用统一结构满足了市域铁路普通扣件和减振扣件的性能要求,在安装铺设过程中具有简单、方便管理的优势。
