The invention relates to a bridge modular expansion joint repairing method. Structural investigation is performed on an expansion joint in advance before construction, and the damage condition of theexpansion joint is determined so as to select a corresponding repairing method. The damage comprises the following conditions: 1, a middle beam is damaged and an expansion box is not damaged; 2, the middle beam is not damaged, and the expansion box is damaged; 3, partial expansion joint is damaged. Aiming at the damage condition, a local repairing method is adopted, the whole expansion joint doesnot need to be replaced, only the damaged part needs to be locally repaired or locally replaced, and on the premise that the integrity and the service life of the expansion joint are guaranteed, the cost is saved, the repairing efficiency is improved, the construction time is saved, and rapid traffic restoration is achieved. During repair construction, only one traffic lane is closed for maintenance, so that the traffic pressure of the bridge floor is relieved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
本发明涉及一种桥梁模数式伸缩缝的修复方法，在施工前预先对伸缩缝进行结构勘察，确定伸缩缝的损坏情况以选择相应的修复方法，包括以下几种情况：一、中梁损坏，伸缩箱未损坏；二、中梁未损坏，伸缩箱损坏；三、部分伸缩缝损坏。针对上述损坏情况，本发明采用局部修复的方法，无需更换整根伸缩缝，只需对破损部位进行局部修复或者局部更换，在保证伸缩缝的整体性和使用寿命的前提下，节约成本，提高修复效率，节省施工时间，实现快速通车。而且在进行修复施工时，仅封闭某一行车道进行维修，缓解桥面通行压力，减少安全隐患。
