The invention discloses a movable wide-area soft soil solidification device. The movable wide-area soft soil solidification device comprises a support, an outer sleeve with two ends closed is arrangedin the support, an inner sleeve is arranged in the outer sleeve, the output end of each hydraulic cylinder is provided with a drive block, a vibration pipe is arranged in a chamber I, the upper end of the vibration pipe is opened, the lower end of the vibration pipe is closed, the upper end of the vibration pipe is connected with the lower surface of the corresponding drive block through a spring, and the lower end of the vibration pipe sequentially and movably penetrates through the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve and then extends downwards; and the upper end of a telescopic pipe is connected with the lower surface of the corresponding drive block of a chamber II, the lower end of the telescopic pipe sequentially and movably penetrates through the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve andthen extends downwards, and a stirrer is arranged on an extension section of the telescopic pipe. A movable carrying platform serves as a foundation, the movement resistance of the solidification device is reduced through vibration and rotary stirring, meanwhile, a soft soil area is grouted, and therefore efficient solidification treatment of a wide-area soft soil foundation is achieved.
本发明公开了一种移动式广域软土固化装置,包括支架,在支架内设有两端封闭的外套筒,外套筒内设有内套筒,每一个液压缸的输出端上均设有驱动块,在腔室Ⅰ内设有振动管,振动管上端开放且下端封闭,振动管的上端通过弹簧与驱动块下表面连接,振动管的下端依次活动贯穿内套筒、外套筒后向下延伸;伸缩管上端与腔室Ⅱ的驱动块下表面连接,伸缩管下端依次活动贯穿内套筒、外套筒后向下延伸,且在伸缩管的延伸段上设有搅拌器。本发明以移动式的承载平台为基础,利用振动与旋转搅拌来减小固化装置的移动阻力,且同时向软土区域注浆,进而实现广域软土地基开展高效加固处理。
