The invention discloses a one-way self-locking reinforcement quick joint. The one-way self-locking reinforcement quick joint comprises a force transfer box, a thread clamping piece, an elastic piece,a buffer ring and a butt joint cylinder; a to-be-inserted reinforcement is in butt joint on one side of the force transfer box; the other side of the force transfer box is connected with the butt joint cylinder; and the elastic piece is arranged between the butt joint cylinder and the thread clamping piece. Because of the structural design, the quick connection of reinforcements is realized through a self-locking mode under the effect of pressure; in the construction process of a reinforcement cage, the joint can be firstly screwed in the reinforcement in the same section position; then, the reinforcement cage is assembled with another joined reinforcement cage under the mechanical effect; as the force transfer box has a fault tolerance allowance, the two reinforcement cages can finish thebutt joint operation preferably and quickly; and compared with a traditional mechanical joint and welding joint, the one-way self-locking reinforcement quick joint can perform the batch operation togreatly accelerate the construction progress, and meanwhile, guarantees the engineering quality to achieve higher popularization value.
本发明公开了一种单向自锁式钢筋快速接头，包括传力箱、螺纹夹片、弹性件、缓冲圈和对接筒，所述传力箱的一侧对接有待插入钢筋，所述传力箱的另一侧连接所述对接筒，所述对接筒和所述螺纹夹片之间设有弹性件。本发明由于上述结构设计，通过自锁的方式，在压力作用下，实现了钢筋的快速连接；在钢筋笼施工过程中，可先将接头拧入同一断面位置的钢筋，之后在机械作用下将该幅钢筋笼与另一幅对接的钢筋笼拼接，由于传力箱存在着容错余量，两幅钢筋笼之间能更好、更快地完成对接作业；与传统机械接头和焊接接头相比，可进行批量作业，极大加快了施工进度，同时保证了工程质量，具有较大的推广价值。
