Provided are an aligning system for a recyclable steel reinforcement cage and a construction method of the aligning system. The aligning system comprises a buoy, a buoy locating device and a steel reinforcement cage locating device, wherein a positioning ring is arranged in the middle of the top surface of the buoy; the buoy locating device is arranged below the buoy and comprises a locating ring,locating ropes and a buoy control rope; the locating ring is arranged in the steel reinforcement cage, and the center of the locating ring coincides with the axis of the steel reinforcement cage; thelocating ring is tied to the steel reinforcement cage through the locating ropes; one end of the buoy control rope is connected to the bottom center of the buoy, and the other end of the buoy controlrope passes through the locating ring and is connected with hanging bars above the steel reinforcement cage; the steel reinforcement cage locating device is arranged above the buoy and comprises a cross bracing and a plumb bob; the center of the cross bracing coincides with the center of a pile hole, and the four ends of the cross bracing are connected with the upper edge of a pile casing in thepile hole; and the plumb bob is hung by a plumb line below the center of the cross bracing. The aligning system aims to solve the technical problems such as complicated construction operation, low degree of fineness, incapacity to change with construction conditions and non-recovery existing in a traditional aligning system.
一种可回收使用的钢筋笼的对中系统及其施工方法,包括浮标、浮标定位装置和钢筋笼定位装置;浮标顶面中部设有定位圈;浮标定位装置设置在浮标下方,包括定位环、定位绳和浮标控制绳;定位环设置在钢筋笼中,定位环中心与钢筋笼中轴重合;定位绳将定位环与钢筋笼拉结;浮标控制绳一端连接在浮标底部中心处,浮标控制绳的另一端穿过定位环、与钢筋笼上方的吊筋连接;钢筋笼定位装置设在浮标的上方,包括十字撑和铅锤;十字撑的中心与桩孔的中心重合,且十字撑的四个端部与桩孔中护筒的上边缘连接;铅锤通过铅垂线吊设在十字撑的中心下方。本发明要解决传统的对中系统存在的施工操作复杂、精细程度低、不能随施工条件变化和不可回收的技术问题。
