Tubular pile grouted core uplift test device and test method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering pile foundations, and relates to a tubular pile grouted core uplift testing device. The device comprises a loading mechanism, a connecting mechanism and a displacement measuring mechanism, the loading mechanism comprises at least two jacks, one end of each jack is fixed above a tubular pile, and the other end of each jack is connected with a steel bar in a grouted core on the inner side of the tubular pile; the connecting mechanism comprises an upper base plate and a lower base plate which are arranged on the upper side and the lowerside of the jack, the upper base plate is connected with the reinforcing steel bar through a force transmission beam, and the lower base plate is arranged between the jack and the tubular pile; and the displacement measuring mechanism comprises a displacement meter and a displacement meter base used for fixing the displacement meter, the displacement meter base is fixed to the lower base plate, and a measuring end pointer of the displacement meter is perpendicular to the upper surface of the grouted core. The device can accurately test the uplift strength of the grouted core, the test data isstable and reliable, the problem that only the strength of the tubular pile is tested in the prior art is solved, and the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, hightest precision, low test cost and the like.
