The desilting and pollution discharge method includes the following steps that S1, according to the real-time information of a monitoring device in the pipe culvert, an inspection well into which a desilting device is to enter is selected; S2, silt extraction equipment is installed outside the inspection well, the pipe culvert desilting device is assembled and comprises a high-pressure water pump, a winch and a high-pressure hose, one end of the high-pressure hose communicate with a water outlet of the high-pressure water pump, the other end of the high-pressure hose communicates with a plurality of auxiliary spray heads and a main spray head, and the high-pressure hose is partially wound on the winch and can be driven to give off or take back by the winch; S3, the main spray head and all the auxiliary spray heads are placed in the pipe culvert, and meanwhile a silt extraction hose of the silt extraction equipment is put in the inspection well; S4, desilting is carried out through the pipe culvert desilting device; and S5, the silt extraction equipment is started to extract silt from the bottom of the inspection well. The obtained desilting and pollution discharge method for the pipe culvert can clean the inner wall of the pipe culvert in all directions and is convenient to operate.
