Novel electromechanical spool prefabricating, mounting and connection construction method for prefabricated building
The invention discloses a novel electromechanical spool prefabricating, mounting and connection construction method for a prefabricated building. The method includes the following steps that (a) the direction and layout of spools are determined through drawing; (b) prefabricating processing of prefabricated layers, prefabricated beams and prefabricated walls is performed; (c) laying and connectionof the spools are performed; and (d) cast-in-place layers of superimposed sheets are constructed. According to the method, piping of the spools is performed on the prefabricated walls, the spools penetrate through pipeline connection holes in the prefabricated walls, procedures of slot forming of masonry, slot filling, net hanging and the like are omitted, materials such as mortar, wire meshes, iron nails and the like are saved, and the construction period is shortened; and the spool layout path diagram is optimized, intersections are located among reinforcing steel bar grids, and the phenomena of three-pipe superposition and two-pipe intersection are avoided.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑新型机电线管预制及安装连接施工方法,包括以下步骤:(a)绘图确定线管的走向和布设→(b)预制层、预制梁和预制墙的预制加工→(c)线管的敷设和衔接→(d)叠合板的现浇层的施工;本发明线管在预制墙上配管,线管从预制墙的管线连接孔洞穿线管,省去砌体开线槽、补线槽、挂网等工序,不仅仅节省了砂浆、铁丝网、铁钉等材料,还节约了施工工期;优化了线管敷设路径图,使交叉点位于钢筋网格之间,避免了出现三管叠加和两管交叉的现象。
