The invention discloses an assembly type building laminated slab with rebars not stretching out of the four sides. The laminated slab comprises laminated slab concrete, the truss rebars and the lower-layer rebars, wherein the truss rebars are arranged on the upper surface of the laminated slab concrete; the lower-layer rebars are arranged in the laminated slab concrete; steps are arranged on the edges around the upper surface of the laminated slab concrete; and the lower-layer rebars do not stretch out of the periphery of the laminated slab concrete. The design that the rebars do not stretch out of the periphery of the laminated slab can achieve standardized design of a formwork; the rebars do not stretch out of the formwork, so that grout leakage is prevented during concreting, and the component quality is ensured; and two laminated slabs are connected with a beam to realize close splicing, and a formwork setup is not needed at an edge joint. Therefore, the construction efficiency isimproved, and the cost is saved.
