The invention provides an anti-buckling restraint steel connecting beam which comprises an H-shaped steel connecting beam and a plurality of anti-buckling restraint components. The H-shaped steel connecting beam comprises an upper flange, a lower flange and a web plate, the plurality of anti-bucking restraint components are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the web plate and arranged at intervals along the length direction of the H-shaped steel connecting beam, the anti-buckling restraint components only are connected with the flanges of the steel connecting beam, and the problem thatthe welding position of a reinforcing rib and a web plate of a traditional steel connecting beam is likely to tear is avoided. The anti-buckling restraint components limit plane external deformationof the web plate of the steel connecting beam and provide stable buckling restraint to enable the web plate to be stressed in the plane approximately, and the ductility and energy dissipating capacityof the steel connecting beam under the earthquake effect are further improved.
